Life is better the second time around

In designing City of Hope’s website to reflect the hospital’s new “Miracle of Science with Soul” campaign, IP went from zero to fully functioning, well-branded site in just three months. The site includes videos of four cancer patients who were treated at City of Hope and are now cancer-free. Christine, Gus, Jim and Kommah describe in their own words how City of Hope’s unique approach to healing not only cured their disease but helped them re-become the people they were before cancer shook their life.
Results: Since the website relaunch there have been significant increases in new patient engagement and appointment setting, as well as a double-digit increase in online donations.
